2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice
The next AGM will be held
on Sunday, May 6th 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Holiday
Inn, 590 Argus Road, in Oakville, just south of the QEW. 905-842-5000
Registration begins at 11:30 AM, and the meeting will begin at 1:00
PM.
The Board of Directors looks forward to meeting the members who
wish to attend and participate. If you will not be attending, please
be sure to mail in your proxy in advance of the meeting date.
2011 Annual General
Meeting
Our last AGM was held
on Sunday May 1st 2011 in Oakville at the Holiday Inn, Oakville
Centre, 590 Argus Road.
We thank all the members who were able to attend,
and all who submitted their proxies on time.

Board of Directors Meetings
Meetings are held at various times of the year
either by conference call or at the Holiday Inn, Oakville Centre, and
occasionally at the
resort. A member
in good standing may attend a board meeting as an
observer.
