The next AGM will be held on Sunday, May 30th 2010 in Oakville at the Holiday Inn, Oakville Centre, 590 Argus Road. We look forward to meeting our members. If you will not be attending, please be sure to mail in your proxy before the meeting date.
Our last AGM was held on Sunday May 24th in Oakville. We thank the members who were able to attend and participate, and we thank all who submitted their proxies on time.
There are currently nine elected directors on the board:
Board of Directors Meetings Meetings are held at various times of the year either by conference calls or at the Holiday Inn Oakville Centre, and occasionally at the resort. A member in good standing may attend a board meeting as an observer.
