2011 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The next AGM will be held on Sunday, May 1st 2011 in Oakville at the Holiday Inn, Oakville Centre, 590 Argus Road. 

The Board of Directors looks forward to meeting the members who wish to attend and participate. If you will not be attending, please be sure to mail in your proxy in advance of the meeting date.

2010 Annual General Meeting

Our last AGM was held on Sunday May 30th 2010 in Oakville at the Holiday Inn, Oakville Centre, 590 Argus Road. We thank all the members who were able to attend, and all who submitted their proxies on time.

There are currently nine elected directors on the board:

Board of Directors Meetings

Meetings are held at various times of the year either by conference call or at  the Holiday Inn, Oakville Centre, and occasionally at the resort. A member in good standing may attend a board meeting as an observer.
