Step 1     Choose your Red Week 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit  

Step 2     Make a one time payment to buy your week + tax, payable by credit card or certified cheque

Step 3     A deeded, willable lease is issued to you for the week or weeks chosen

               Ask about owning a FREE Blue Week Efficiency unit.  Only pay the the maintenance fee.

 

	All leases expire in 2045.
	Annual maintenance fees are billed for each week owned.

	Royal Harbour Resort is listed in the RCI catalog.
	Royal Harbour Resort weeks also have a points value when trading through RCI.

	Our In-House Rental service is available to leaseholders who want to rent out their units.
	Our In-House Trade service can be used to exchange your week for a different week.

 

Options for Using a Week:

a)    Bank the week with RCI. Maintenance fees must be paid prior to banking.

b)     Use your own week at Royal Harbour.

c)     Place your week in the in-house Rental Program.

d)     Offer or rent privately to friends or family. (You must notify us in advance of their arrival.)
